Justin grew up in a multi-generational real estate family. After watching his parents succeed owning their own brokerage in Sammamish, it was only second nature to jump in. Now in the business for well over a decade, Justin holds the highest level of licensing in the state of Washington, a managing broker’s license.
With 130+ transactions under his belt, his successful track record comes from a straightforward approach with exceptional service and communication. Justin is dedicated and enthusiastic with drive and motivation to excel in this hot real estate market. Justin represents sellers, buyers, investors and relocation clients throughout the entire Puget Sound region and specializes in the Eastside markets. He looks forward to earning your trust and the ability to work together to achieve the highest of goals obtainable.
Justin and Leah met at Washington State University, and were married in 2018. For years they dreamed of starting a real estate team together, just as Justin’s parents had. After a decade in wine marketing, and being immersed in a real estate family, it was only natural that she combine her two worlds and lend her skills to their own business.
Leah recently passed her Washington State broker’s exam with flying colors and looks forward to working with our clients on everything from home tours to staging, print marketing, digital advertising, social media, open houses, email marketing and client relations.
